A Chinese eight-panel painted folding screen. The screen is made of eight wooden panels connected by brass tone hinges. It is adorned with a gold tone ground and painted imagery of birds and flowers. The piece is bordered by scholarly tools and symbols and a leiwen pattern. The screen is unmarked.
