A bronze tone sculpture after a piece titled Chief Whitecloud by Austrian-born artist Carl Kauba (1865-1922). This detailed work, lightly colored in tones of green and white throughout, depicts a male figure in a feathered headdress, his arm raised to shield his eyes. This sculpture has a reproduction of the artist’s signature to one side, and rests on a marblized base with a plaque bearing the title and artist’s name to the front.
