Limited Edition Reproduction Bronze Bust After Frederic Remington "The Savage"

A limited edition reproduction bronze bust after listed artist Frederic Remington (1861 – 1909), titled The Savage. This freestanding bust depicts a stylized Native American in front portraiture, with exaggerated facial features that is excised at the chest with gouged linear marks. To the verso is an in cast facsimile signature, date of the initial work (1908), and edition number, listed 25 of 100. It is placed on a tiered, black marbled base affixed with a gold tone placard etched with a title and artist credit. To the underside is an affixed felt pad for support.
