A Tufenkian Tibetan Shakti hand knotted wool and silk accent rug in Lotus and Vine pattern and ‘Ruby’ coloration. This artisan rug features a dense ruby colored Tibetan loop-Senneh style pile with a tone-on-tone monochromatic vining lotus motif. The rug is marked by Tufenkian Import with wool and silk content, pattern and retailer J. Asher, Washington, D.C. to the verso. Made in Nepal. Circa 1994.
