19th Century Photogravure After a Painting of a Woman
Item Details
A 19th century photogravure after an 18th century painting of a woman. The woman in the portrait has powdered hair and is elegantly dressed in white satin. The photogravure is mounted under old glass in an oval gilt wood frame that is wired for hanging.
Condition
- to fair; a number of cracks in the frame; chips, scratches, and discoloration to frame finish; hole in the center of the backing covered by a paper flap; water stain near lower edge of the print.
