Art Pottery Pieces Including Mel Davis
Item Details
A grouping of ceramic art pottery pieces. This collection of three decorative plates includes two plates attributed to artist Mel Davis, including a white plate with a thin, skipping yellow line tracing the perimeter of the rim, marked ‘KM’ to the underside, and a dark orangey piece with a black-splattered triangle cutting through the center, marked with an artist’s stamp to the underside. The third plate, with speckled black on a tan ground, bright orange streaks to one side, is unmarked.
Condition
- minimal wear throughout; abrasion to surface of tan plate.
