Chinese Reproduction Print on Fabric Hanging Scroll of a Dragon
Item Details
A Chinese reproduction print on a fabric hanging scroll. This piece features an orange and yellow water dragon diving in and out of textured waves, with a large character reading ‘dragon’ (龍 long) to the top of the composition. The artist’s printed signature and a red seal are printed along the left edge. It is mounted on silk brocade, with a ribbon affixed to the top for hanging. The scroll rolls around a wood dowel, and is housed in a box which reads ‘Quality Silk Pictures’ (精品絲綢畫).
