A Tufenkian Tibetan Shakti hand knotted wool accent rug. The rug features a dense pile and displays a monochromatic tone-on-tone Chrysanthemum pattern in ‘honey’ brown coloration. The rug is finished with overcast selvage edges and turned under ends. Marked by Tufenkian Import with wool content, pattern and retailer J. Asher, Washington, D.C. to the verso. Circa 2004.
