1970s Daystrom Lucite Slatted Back Side Chairs

Item Details

A set of four 1970s side chairs by Daystrom Furniture. Each chair has a metal frame with a brass tone finish, a cushioned crest rail, and a yellow lucite slatted back. Their crest rails and seats are upholstered in mottled brown vinyl and they rest upon squared legs with lateral stretchers. They are tagged to their undersides.

Condition

- some lucite slats have been replaced and vary in color; light scratches and scuffs throughout; considerable discoloration and tarnishing to metal; some water damage to undersides; one chair has a duct taped slat.
