A Morimura Brothers Nippon porcelain bowl-on-stand. The vintage footed bowl has scrolled and gilt handles. The interior has a tan ground with a partial raised gilt pattern and two landscape scenes in scrolled cartouches. The bowl rests on a separate porcelain base, raised on three gilt paw feet and having a tan border with gilt floral decoration. It is marked on base in green, ’ Hand Painted Nippon’ with a ‘M’ in a wreath.

Condition

- light wear to gilt feet, rim and handles.
