A Victorian miniature picture frame and Italian pill box. The gold tone octagonal shaped pill box features a hinged lid and is marked ‘Made in Italy 23’ to the interior. The unmarked silver tone metal frame features an oval face with an etched black enamel border, a six lobed shell carving at the top, and a stand attached to the back.
