An antique early 20th-century original pastoral landscape oil painting on canvas signed to the lower right by artist S. Gomer. The image depicts a Dutch shepherd girl standing in an open field, watching her flock of sheep with the help of a shepherd dog. The painting is mounted in a carved wood frame with a gold leaf finish, equipped to hang.

- discoloration across painting. Craquelure and accretion across painting. Isolated areas of inpainting, mostly in sky area.
