A 1926 limited edition of Ten Droll Tales by Balzac, illustrated by De Bosschere. This book was published by John Lane The Bodley Head in a limited edition of 3000 copies. These books are labeled by had as being edition number ‘567.’ The books are bound in full red tone leather with gilt decoration and five raised bands on the spine. The spine is ornately decorated with gilt titling. The book has marbled end papers and is printed on fine paper with top gilt edges.
