A signed offset lithograph after the original watercolor painting by well-listed and renowned American wildlife artist and naturalist, John A. Ruthven (Cincinnati; born 1924), titled Blue Ground Dove. The image depicts a blue ground dove perched on a budding twig, looking alertly outwards. Artist signature is printed in plate and signed in pencil to the lower left. The print is mounted behind blue and off-white oval-cut double mat, under glass in a beveled wood frame with a natural stained finish, equipped to hang.
Condition
- light discoloration to print and matting. Finish of frame is worn.
