Vintage Davis Sewing Machine and Cabinet

Item Details

A Davis sewing machine and cabinet. This mechanical sewing machine is painted black and features a spool for a peg for a bobbin on top, a wheel for slower stitching to the back, and a pedal for faster stitching, which would have originally been connected to the machine by a belt, but the belt is not included. This machine is mounted on a desk with scrolling foliate carvings adorning the sides of the knee hole, and two curved drawers on each side.

Please note: This item is available for local pick up at the Indianapolis EBTH showroom during the scheduled pick up window. This item can also be shipped, and will be processed for shipping if it is not picked up during the scheduled pick up window.

Condition

- not tested; the pedal belt is missing; some rust and scratches.

Dimensions

- measurements were taken with the sewing machine collapsed inside the cabinet.
