Original 1950s Chesterfield Cigarettes Poster Advertisement
Item Details
An original 1950s offset lithographic poster advertisement for Chesterfield Cigarettes for Ligget & Myers Tobacco Company. The poster is headlined, “Buy Here for Father’s Day June 15th”, followed by the imagery of a young boy holding a gift box of Chesterfield cigarettes with a label that says “To Dad From Jack”. Bold, blue text reads, “Dad Always Buys Chesterfield”. Lithographed in the U.S.A. This piece is not framed.
Condition
- condition consistent with age and use. Wear along edges and corners of posters, with age discoloration across. Poster may have minor creases, tears, and loss.
