Giclées on Paper of Seashells Including Prints After Benard Direxit
Item Details
A group of giclées on paper featuring shells. These nature works depict various works of shell prints. This includes a pair of Benard Direxit prints from Histoire Naturelle with a ‘Cadran Solarium’ piece from ‘Pl 446’ and a ‘Torque Trochus’ print from ‘Pl 444’. There is also a piece featuring two tulip shells with ‘Pl XVI’ printed to the upper right and a pair of nautilus shells with ‘P. XV’ printed to the upper right. They are all featured in beaded and gesso frames (two have tan mats) with wires to versos.

- slight edge wear on frames.
