Antique Elgin Gold Filled Personalized Hunter Case Pocket Watch

An antique Elgin pocket watch featuring a rose gold filled hunter case displaying an outdoor scene with architectural and foliate designs within a scalloped bordering. The back of the case is personalized with letters that appear to read as ‘L.I.’ and the dust cover has been personalized to read, ‘Harry to Louise →Xmas ’97.←’. The case opens to reveal a dial displaying Roman numeral hour indicators accented by a silver and gold tone draped design. The gold tone hands appear in the Louis XIV style and a sunken seconds subdial appears at the 6 o’clock position. Attached to the pocket watch is a gold plated fancy link fob necklace featuring scalloped, openwork motifs at the closure.
