An antique stone lithograph book title plate with hand-coloring for the 1869 publication by Joseph Nash, titled The Mansions of England in the Olden Time. The image depicts a man on a horse standing near a closed castle door in East Bersham, Norfolk. This image was published by Henry Sotheran & Co. in 1869. The print is mounted under aged off-white mat, behind glass in a wood frame with black veneer and gilt trim, equipped to hang.
Condition
- discoloration to print and matting. Finish of frame is worn.
