P. Buckley Moss Signed Limited Edition Offset Lithograph "Skating Couple"

A signed limited edition offset lithograph after an original illustration by treasured American genre illustrator Patricia Moss, often better known as P. Buckley Moss (born 1933), titled Skating Couple. The print depicts a couple dressed in black ice skating on a small frozen pond. They are framed within a circular vignette, and a snowy landscape and tall barn fill the background. The print is signed and dated 1988 in-plate to the lower right and is signed, dated, and numbered 633/1000 in pencil just below this. It is triple-matted in shades of gray and is presented behind glass in a composite frame with rustic gray faux wood finish. A hanging wire is attached to the piece’s verso.
