A chromolithograph print on paper after J.W. Ludlow’s Countess from Cassell’s Poultry Book. This print depicts a Black-Breasted Red Game Hen. The print is signed in-plate to the lower left corner. The title of the print is located at the lower center with additional information about the poultry competition. It is matted in brown and presented behind glass in a black and white checkered frame with a hanging wire to the verso.

- foxing and toning to the print; wear to the edges of paper; wear and surface stains to the frame.
