A signed limited edition offset lithograph reproduction of an original painting by famed American Western genre painter Frank McCarthy (1924 – 2002), titled Under Hostile Fire. The print depicts a group of Western gentlemen racing across a desert landscape on horseback, their guns pointed frantically backwards towards someone who is in pursuit. The print is signed and dated 1979 in-plate to the lower right and is signed and numbered 922/1000 in pencil to the lower left. It was published in 1981 by Greenwich Workshop Inc. and is housed in an original folio from the organization. Presented without matting or framing.
