Etched Brass Boxes

Item Details

A collection of etched brass boxes. This collection includes a rectangular box etched with leafy motives with a wooden interior, and marked ‘Made in India’ along the underside. Also included is a smaller brass box with open sides, similar etchings, and a green stone carving to the top in the shape of an insect; along with a broken pendant made from the same green stone carved into an openwork design.

Condition

- the pendant is broken and missing a piece; brass portions are tarnished and the top of the box has a circular gauge/scratch.
