Roman-Themed Decor
Item Details
An assortment of Roman-themed decor. Included in this collection is a resin bust made by Eleganza Ltd., depicting the laughing Roman god Bacchus. The piece is modelled after a design by listed artist Victorià Codina Y Langlín (1844-1911), and is presented standing on a base marked to the underside as being alabaster. Also included is a brass tone metal chariot sculpture, being pulled by a pair of horses, and a cast-stone relief sculpture of dancing women, possibly the muses, in togas. The plaque and chariot have no visible maker’s marks.

- light wear throughout; tarnishing to chariot; stains to relief sculpture.
