A collection of memorabilia related to the life and 1997 death of Diana, Princess of Wales. This collection features the Ty Beanie Babies beanbag plush Princess the Bear, introduced in memory of Diana, as well as the later, larger-scale Beanie Buddies version of Princess. Also included is the Life magazine collector’s edition ‘Diana: Portraits of a Lady’ (November 1997) and a first edition of the book Diana & Jackie: Maidens, Mothers, Myths by Jay Mulvaney (New York: St. Martin’s Press, 2002).
