Vintage Tobacco Tins

Item Details

A pair of vintage tobacco tins. Both tins are primarily red in color with prominent gold tone decoration. The cylindrical tin has a removable lid and markings for ‘Velvet Pipe and Cigarette Tobacco’ by the ‘Liggett & Myers Tobacco Co.’; the other tin is a rounded rectangle with a hinged lid, a latch and a carrying handle, and is marked ‘Central Union Cut Plug’ and ‘The United States Tobacco Co. Richmond Virginia’.

Condition

- some wear and rust consistent with age.
