E.S. Lumsden Limited Edition Etching

Item Details

A signed etching by listed artist Ernest Stephen Lumsden (1883-1948). This intaglio print depicts a seaside scene featuring multiple boats near a pier on a sandy shore being unloaded by deckhands. The work is signed both in-plate and by hand in graphite near the lower right. It is dated 1929 and hand numbered 12/63. The print is presented under glass with a white mat in a black wooden frame. The frame includes a hanging wire mounted to the verso.
