Item Details
A power-loomed carpet runner. This rug features a Persian Bakhtiari-inspired design in a palette of cocoa, olive, taupe, crimson, and ivory. It features an allover lattice pattern of medallions, each containing a large palmette or foliate imagery over different background colors. Framing the field are two borders, one containing a repeating pattern of abstract motifs over taupe; the other is a cocoa-colored outer guard border. Edges are overcast on all sides. The rug is unlabeled.
