A Native American inspired wool saddle blanket titled Three Corn Maidens after a design by Isleta Pueblo artist Mary Beth Jirón and produced by Pendleton. This piece is a part of Pendleton’s American Indian College Fund series, and was designed by a student artist. The woven blanket has a palette of sage green shades, black, white, and orange. It features three figures, the corn maidens from Pueblo culture who bring prosperity and life, standing between two long stalks of corn. There are dragonflies flying above their heads. A top and bottom border of running water motifs. The blanket is finished with felt edge binding and loops for hanging.
