Pakistani Marble Vase and Lidded Box

A pair of marble décor pieces. This pair includes a vase and a lidded box. Each is made of pinkish marble with brown and white inclusions. The box is rectangular with beveled edges, otherwise unardorned. The vase is urn shaped with a round flat pedestal base; it is marked ‘Made in Pakistan’ on the underside, along with the warning ‘Not for food use. Food consumed from this vessel may be harmful!’

Condition

- tape, sticker, and adhesive remnant; minor marks to finish; tag on the underside of the vase warns: “Not for food use. Food consumed from this vessel may be harmful!”
