Antique Oak Chest of Drawers

Item Details

An antique oak chest of drawers. The chest features a rectangular top with a slight bow at the center, two slightly bowed half-length drawers over stacked straight full-length drawers, a scroll cut apron, cabriole influenced slightly curved legs in the front and straight block legs in the back. Each of the drawers has carved detail around the key holes, the top drawers have brass tone curved handles, and the bottom drawers have dark metal bail pulls. The sides and back have horizontally framed boards; they are unfinished to the back.

Condition

- drawers stick and do not slide in/out easily. Panel inside top right drawer against back is detached, but included.
