Gold Tone Baroque-Style Mirror
Item Details
A gold tone Baroque-style mirror. This rectangular mirror has an openwork frame featuring two female figures on the sides, supported and covered by scrolling foliate designs. There is a bowl overflowing with fruits and flowers on the top portion of the frame, and the bottom two corners are supported by claw feet. There is a folding support on the verso.
Condition
- crack in the bottom of frame and a crack in bottom right corner of mirror; some wear to paint and rusting; condition consistent with age.
