Bernhardt Light Cream Tone Chest of Drawers

A Bernhardt light cream tone chest of drawers. The piece features a rectangular top with rounded corners, three stacked drawers to either side of a pair of doors concealing three additional stacked drawers, a straight apron and ridged bun feet. The piece is embellished with a bisected shell shaped handle on the doors, horizontal handles on the drawers with furrowed detail, and column-inspired reed detailing at the corners. The piece is marked by the maker in one drawer and marked on the back ‘692 052 LOT NO 47200’. Companion 17BAL076-112.
