A vintage hand-painted piece of tin decor. The piece features a black coated metal stand with an oval tin plate attached to the center. The tin is painted black with a gold swirling border pattern and multicolored flowers in the center. The oval plate can be adjusted in height by moving it up and down the stand stem. No maker’s marks.
