An artist’s proof giclee on Arches paper after a watercolor by Creason Clayton (American,1927 – 2006) titled Left Bank. It depicts a rainy day in Paris with people under large umbrellas in the foreground and a row of tall houses in the background all executed in subdued hues of peach, blue and brown. It is signed in pencil to the lower right and numbered ‘1/20 Artist Proof’ to the lower center. The title is written to the lower left. It is mounted under glass on gray board with a gray mat cut to display the edges of the paper. The carved wood frame has a dark brown finish and is wired for hanging.
