A collection of vintage Southwestern style sterling silver jewelry featuring Ben J Chavez. This selection includes seven pairs of earrings, five brooches, four rings, three pendants, one necklace, and two bracelets. The pieces are fashioned with designs featuring enamel, abalone, dyed magnesite, malachite, azurmalachite, gaspeite, eliat stone, reconstituted turquoise, onyx, chrysocolla, lapis lazuli, agate, coral, and an enameled porcelain scarab. Highlights include three pins and a brooch by Navajo Silversmith, Ben J. Chavez, a silver tone bangle with pink resin and shell inlay, and a Mexican silver cowboy boot. The total group weight, inclusive of all materials, and excluding the silver tone inlay bangle, is 5.830 ozt.
