Joseph Demarais Limited Edition Abstract Etching on Paper
Item Details
A limited edition etching on paper abstract composition by listed American artist Joseph Demarais (1927-1971), executed in 1967. Demarais etched copper, zinc, masonite and acetate to achieve these highly-textural surfaces. This print depicts three tall stone-like structures printed atop a deep black rectangular form. Signed and dated to the lower in graphite. Numbered edition 54 of 150 to the lower left. Presented with a white mat, under glass, housed in a silver and black tone wood frame.

- some minor scuffs and scratches to the frame.
