A signed serigraph by Patrick Nagel (American 1945 – 1984) titled Kristen and a book by the artist titled Nagel: The Art of Patrick Nagel with forward by Elena G. Millie. The print is a simplified portrait of a woman, depicting her head and nude upper torso. The woman has short dark hair and intense eyes that stare directly at the viewer. ‘Nagel’ is printed in large block letters across the bottom of the print and it is also signed in the plate and by hand to the lower right and dated to the lower left. It is mounted under glass with black, lavender and gray layered mats in a black wood and aluminum frame that is wired for hanging. The book, published by St. James Press in 1985 feature the complete work of the artist. Patrick Nagel was best known for his illustrations for Playboy magazine.

Condition

- minor abrasions to the frame; slight wear to the book dust jacket.
