Vintage Regency Style Faux-Bamboo Bergères

Item Details

A pair of vintage Regency style faux-bamboo bergères. The wooden, walnut-finished frames feature continuous crests and arms above caned backs, side panels, and seats. The backs and seats come with removable cushions in light red-yellow, strie-patterned fabric. The chairs rise on bamboo-turned, tapered legs with openwork, frontal returns.

Condition

- some minor surface wear to wooden frames; one chair with large indentation to caned seat below cushion with some resulting, small breaks and finish losses; other chair with some minor breaks/cracks and finish losses to caned seat; the back cushions are not the same size.
