Vintage Chinese Silk Embroidered Robe from the Republic Period
Item Details
A Chinese embroidered silk vintage robe from the Republic period (1912-1949). The rove features a baby blue silk fabric accented with embroidered blue and white hued florals. The embroidered florals continue on the interior of the sleeves. The kimono is 44’ in length from top to bottom.
Condition
- tearing in the neckline seam, ripping on the arm seams, staining on the inner lining and ends of arms
- a lot of wear throughout from age
