A power-loomed pictorial area rug. This rug features an English hunting scene depicting a male rider crossing a field on horseback, accompanied by two hunting dogs. Flanking the pictorial field on either side is a vertical panel containing an argyle pattern in green, black, and red. The pictorial field’s palette is cream, crimson, shades of brown, and shades of green. Edges are serged on all sides. The rug is labeled on the reverse.
