Two A. Laternier Limoges Plates with Hand Painted Cherub Scenes

A collection of two limoges plates with hand painted polychrome decoration by A. Laternier. The plates each have a different hand painted scene to the center featuring two cherubs. Banded yellow boarder has a gradient gilt rim with a gilt floral boarder to the interior. Each plate is marked to the underside with an impressed mark, a green and a blue stamp, and a red stamp from the Cincinnati retailer The West & Tice Co.
