A pastel drawing on paper of a wooded scene by listed artist Andrew Gunderson (1888 – 1964). This drawing depicts a winding dirt road that cuts across a calm river that is accented with autumnal trees throughout. To the lower right corner of the composition is an artist signature. The drawing is presented under glass in a bronze tone wooden frame featuring moulded foliate patterning and hanging wire to the verso.

Condition

- frame is worn around each edge; toned, torn and aged adhesive to verso; backing verso stained and toned.
