It is signed ‘Pete Rose, 1980 World Champs, ’Charlie Hustle’, #4256’ to the left and ‘Hit #3631, N.L. Record, 8/10/81’ to the right both in blue ink. It is presented under glass in a black wood frame, red fabric background, and hanging wire to verso. Also included in the frame are two images of Pete Rose on the field. Presented with certificate of authenticity # 082757.
