- starts and runs; otherwise untested. Lower third of windshield is cracked. Peeling and chipped paint on hood and other areas; scratches; oxidation of paint over time; some small areas of rust. Leer topper has worn and chipped rubber seal along the bottom. Carpet is soiled; back seat has a large black scuff mark; fabric seat material shows areas of marks or soil; black marks and scratches around interior rear side windows; black stains and marks on ceiling and visors; interior ceiling fabric has a tear. Tires appear to have adequate tread.
