A 1979 Tiffany & Co. black cat trinket jar. This round glazed jar depicts a sleeping black cat with its head slightly projecting from the lid’s surface with the edge of the lower portion beneath the face molded into a curled tail. The interior is also glazed black, and green felt protective material is applied to the round foot at the base. The base is marked in gilt lettering ‘Tiffany & Co. – 1979’.
