Item Details

A mid-century, thick hand loomed 100% wool pile rug, having an affixed label, ‘Made in India’, featuring an abstract, curvilinear design in vibrant coloration of red, blue, ivory and camel. It has thick overcast edges in carnelian red with dense warp fringe. It is tagged to reverse,and has securing stitching across the warp ends to prevent fraying.

Condition

- to fair, having some spotted surface stains near one corner and dye bleed; needs cleaning.
