Gorham Hacienda Stainless Steel Flatware with Chest

A set of Gorham Stainless steel flatware in a wooden 1847 Rogers Bros. silverware chest. Set is the Hacienda pattern which features a trailing floral pattern on brushed background. It includes forty-three pieces: eight table knives, a slotted serving spoon, two serving spoons, twenty-four spoons, sixteen dinner forks, a serving fork, master butter knife, sugar spoon and a ladle. Wooden chest retains label ‘Tarnish Resisting Chest tested by International Silver Co.’ and offers a green felt lined interior, drawer below lidded main compartment and carved acanthus leaf detail to the front.
Condition
- Small dent on the case of the right corner of the lid
- Light wear and marks consistent with age and use
