Two Signed Oil Paintings on Canvas of Venice and Paris
Item Details
A selection of oil paintings on canvas. The view of Venice, complete with gondolas, gondoliers, and the brilliant reflections on the surface of the canal, is signed in the lower left. The signature appears to be ‘C. Manning’. The view of Paris includes the Eiffel Tower visible in the distance as people walk along the city street. The Paris view is signed ‘Joyce’ in red in the lower right corner. Both paintings are framed in similar gold tone painted frames that have been decorated to create the impression of age. Each has a picture wire attached to the reverse.
Condition
- scratches to frames at upper left and right and minimal wear to corners.
