Ceremonial "Knights of Pythias" Sword in Sheath
Item Details
A ceremonial Knights of Pythias sword in a sheath. This piece is marked ‘FCB’ (Friendship, Charity, and Benevolence) on the sheath and the handle. It has a figural knight on the pommel and a clam shell cross bar. It was commissioned by ‘J. C. Bland’ which is inscribed on the blade. It was made by the McLilley & Co. in Columbus Ohio.
